ประวัติร้าน : ทำไมถึงชอบทำอาหาร

ชอบทานอาหาร แล้วก็เจอร้านอาหารเก่า เลยอยากทำอาหารที่เป็นเดลิวอรี่ให้กับออฟฟิศที่อยู่ละแวกนี้ เลยเกิดเป็นร้าน ปิ่นโตเดลี่ แต่ลูกค้าก็ถามว่า ขายแต่อาหารเย็น ทำไมไม่ขาย อาหารกลางวัน (Lunch Box) ด้วยล่ะ ก็เลยตัดสินใจทำอาหารกลางวัน พร้อมกับมีแม่ครัวที่มีประสบการณ์มามากกว่า 10 ปี ลองทำเมนูที่ทุกคนอยากจะกินดู แล้วเป็นอาหารกลางวันก็ต้องกินง่าย เพราะเวลาน้อย อาหารไม่รสชาติเค็มไป หรือจัดไป เราทำอาหารตอบสนองลูกค้านั่นแหละ

วัตถุดิบทุกอย่าง ซื้อมาแหล่งกำเนิดเลย เช่น ลูกชิ้นแคระ ก็ซื้อมาจากเยาวราช อาหารก็ราคาไม่แพงมาก ไม่ใช่ว่าซื้อกินไม่ได้ รสชาติตอบโจทย์ทุกคนอยู่แล้ว แล้วที่สำคัญ เราเชื่อว่า การทำอาหาร คือการสื่อสารกับคนกิน หมายความว่า ลูกค้าร้านปิ่นโต เดลี่ สามารถเสนอข้อคิดเห็น ติเตียนมาได้เลยนะ เรารับทุกอย่างและพร้อมที่จะปรับปรุงให้ตรงใจลูกค้า ก็กลัวลูกค้าเบื่อเหมือนกัน เลยรังสรรค์เมนูใหม่ๆ อยู่เรื่อย เรามีความเชื่อว่า ต่อให้ทำอาหารดีแค่ไหน อร่อยแค่ไหน ถ้าไม่มีฟีดแบ็กกลับมาเลยมันก็ไม่ประโยชย์ อยากให้มากินกันนะ
